Technical characteristics:
Containers for separated waste consist of 3 parts which are connected together with steel rivets. Opening double-wing bottom which is managed through connecting rods of hanging mechanism is responsible for container emptying. Shape of container makes maximum for using area. Lower circuit frame and hinged bottom are welded from metal plate profiles (thickness 3 mm). Both are zinc coated. Body coat is made from zinc metal plate of thickness 1,5 mm. Particular body coat components are fastened by steel rivets and there are elastic mastic joints. This construction supports easy correction and interchangeability in case of mechanical demage. Mechanism for opening the bottom and loop are fastened to upper part, made from metal plate of thickness 2 mm. Container-top is coated with special double-part paint in pastel colours (RAL colour tones) according to sort of waste. Insert holes are closed by plastic removable covers. Container for glass collecting includes slot hole (15 x 480 mm) for broken sheet glass and side hole for big bottles (capacity 3-5 l). Slot hole is situated in top part, above the circuit filling hole. Containers for plastic and containers for paper include square holes. There are 4 rubber pads at the container bottom. These pads protect bottom metal components against surface contact and reduce possibility of bottom corrosion together with absorbing the shock during manipulation.
